Stupid COACH Customer Service  

Talk about a complete rip off. My wife had received a Coach purse as a gift and during the first two weeks of using the bag, she discovered that one of the straps had become loose and the leather started to peel off.

Normally, Coach is good with repairs and exchanges -- and they had her fill out a Coach Repair Service Request (along with a $20.00 check for processing) and asked that she send it back to them for repairs.

We waited for two-three weeks for the repaired purse.
