MT-Blacklist/Comment Spam Clearinghouse: MT-Blacklist v1.63 beta

Upgrade complete, this blog and other blogs that my webspace maintains should all be using MT v2.661 and MT-Blacklist v1.63 -- thanks to Jay for the Blacklist feature -- many comment spammers have been blocked from posting comments.
